Not a user friendly system, difficult search engine ,too few choices offered.

Great app. Easy to find and take books anywhere.

My library just switched to this from Overdrive. Its quiet disappointing going from an app where you can create multiple wish list that allows you to avoid searching for the next book you need to read... I like to logon, search books out, put the series together on a list and read the in order... Currently Im forced to search for the books once to make sure the library has them and then again to check them out, flipping between Goodreads and here to make sure I have the right title... I will say the filter feature of browse only audiobooks or ebooks is handy but a wish list is a must, seems like a simple fix, so far I havent had time to figure out what the App offers that I want to read next since there isnt a way for me to organize...

Everything works great and I love that my library offers this. One suggestion would be to expand the categories to browse through on the e-books. I love historical fiction... Would love to see that as a category.

Im retired on SS, and find many wonderful stories to please my brain! Not having to spend money to truly enjoy reading is such a blessing! I find that this App works just as well for me as my iBooks, or Kindle Apps without the expense. Thank you Libraries!!!

Wonderfully convenient!!!

After using Cloud and Overdrive, Cloud is my preference - less freezing, little more control/view options and easier searching for title/author.

Never a problem. Best yet connected to my library account. Works like a charm...is just what you expect, but better!

My family and I enjoy reading ebooks, and this app gives us access to a whole bunch for free through our library. Love it!

This app makes it extremely easy to download my favorite books wether they are audio or pdf it doesnt matter. I would recommend this app to many of my friends.

Is this an app or a joke? I check out a book from my library (New York Public Library) and open 3M on my iMac. Get message, "Cannot download [title]". No further explanation. So I read it on my iPad, since I cannot transfer it to my Nook. But after 30 pages, the app quits. I reopen it but every time I click on the book the app quits. Reinstall app, restart iPad, nothing helps. So maybe they have application support? Nope. "Contact your local library." Thats it. Garbage!

Six libraries for my entire state? No, I am not just a few steps from being all set up.

My library website recommended this app when a book I was looking for was checked out. So glad to find it. Not every book I want is on the app, but I love the convenience of getting a book quickly and easily.

Cannot use the app to download to my kindle paperwhite. Makes my kindle useless for reading library books. Hoping for improvements.

Disappointing. I dont like the way the book text looks and the controls arent sufficient to fix the problems. First, the text size adjustment isnt granular enough. Text jumps from too small to too big in one step. There is no column preference setting. I prefer to hold my tablet in landscape orientation and see two columns of text, but the number of columns is tied to the text size and to get two columns I have to set the text size too small. The margin setting only affects the side margins, so I cant fix the top and bottom margins, which are too close to the edges of my screen. Theres a map in the book Im reading but theres no way for me to read it comfortably. I cant open the map as an image, so that I could zoom in. If I increase the text size, the map becomes much larger (a readable size); but this causes the bottom to be cut off by the edge of the page and there is no way to scroll to see the part that is hidden. In general, the book layout just doesnt look as good as the other ebook apps I use and the other apps have more layout controls. Ive also had problems with not being able to download books (I had to delete and reinstall the app and reenter my account info) and with being unable to turn pages. I avoid this app unless theres a book I cant get elsewhere.
