I was enjoying this application until recently when it started to drop books I was reading and books I had requested.please fix. Now I cant get the app to work at all, it gives an "error 502 bad gateway" message PLEASE FIX

Very glad my library uses it! Have saved a fortune on books! I will go out and buy the book only if I love it and want to lend it out now. My one issue is that I would like to be able to borrow more classics -- books that I have always wanted to read and didnt have the time when they came out or I was too young to appreciate.

Pairs well with my local library. Easy to use features.

Super easy to download and use. Search feature is nice and I like that reading features can be adjusted. Great app!

This app doesnt crash or freeze. Has night mode. Easy to use. My only complaint is that it doesnt open up to the book I am currently reading if I get out of the app briefly.

Its so nice to take my book every where I go, and I can take out and return books in the middle of the night! I can also borrow kids books, so Im never without for my little guy.

My library switched from overdrive to this company. I mostly like this app but wish I could find it in the amazon store so I could read on my kindle fire. But on my phone I like the functions and how quickly I can get the books on my hold list.

Love to read my books on it on the go!

As soon as I am done, I can check it in, and check out the next on my list.

When my library dropped Overdrive and switched to this app I protested to no avail. I did not like losing the option to borrow books in Kindle format. After several months of trying to use this app to borrow books I am unimpressed. I used to borrow books all the time but not any more. User interface is awful.

I have tried downloading this app a few times, and I give up. Once I download it, Im able to open the app and tap on the screen. Then, its asks for my country. I cant get past that screen. I keep getting a bad gateway error 502. I give up.

this app seamlessly links me to my library membership is gives me access to thousands of ebooks. its so easy to hold, borrow, and return ebooks.

I am grateful and thankful for this public library service! It has saved me a lot of money so I dont have to purchase the books from Amazon! You can even place suggestions for titles you want purchased. The only problem I have is sometimes there will be 3 books by an author of the 5 book series, and the iCloud library wont purchase the other 2...and they arent necessarily in order either...so, you may have book 1, 3, and 4 from the series. I have requested the other ones and occasionally they will tell me its unavailable for purchase. I dont understand why this is done if the other ones from the series are there.

Update says everything is offline. When I press retry it wont connect. I miss overdrive. I wish my library would switch back.

I cant get this App to work without getting error reports.

Was using Overdrive, but kept having issues that needed resolution = inconvenient. This app feels more intuitive to me and no issues after several months use so I am on board.

I use this library app all the time. I am able to get some books that I am looking for and it is easy to use and the reading settings are easy to set. I like the ability to add books that I want to read by "flagging" them as it expands the number I can add. I read a lot.
